Mark W. Kellstrom, CFA, Senior Partner
Mark has primarily provided Research Analysis and Sales support in the Natural Resource sector for both equities and high yield bonds since 1985. Over his career, Mark has analyzed and developed relationships with hundreds of Resource Company managements and supported new issue offerings totaling billions of dollars. Mark has split his time at a combination of bulge bracket investment houses and regional boutique banks and has been named to several prestigious “All Star” polls for the quality of his work. Over his career, Mark has garnered a broad understanding of macro fundamentals for crude oil, natural gas and other resource markets. Mark’s primary role at Strategic Energy Research and Capital will be to generate research ideas, support client relationships and to execute capital market activities.

George S. Ross, Senior Partner
George has worked at one major international bank and two institutional brokerage institutions during his 25 years on Wall Street. George has spent the last seven years in institutional sales concentrating in the Energy and Natural Resource Equity markets. George also has over 18 years of market making and portfolio management in the Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals Markets. George’s role at Strategic Energy Research and Capital will be to identify opportunities in the Energy and Natural Resource markets using fundamental and technical analysis. George will also be involved in investment banking-related projects.

Douglas B. Foulsham, Senior Partner
Doug has been involved in Institutional and Proprietary Trading for most of his 23 years on Wall Street. For the last five years, Doug has been an Institutional Salesman in the Energy and Natural Resource sectors, for both a large international bank and an institutional broker dealer. Previous to his institutional sales roles, Doug traded and managed Global Equity Investments focused on the Natural Resource and Energy Sectors. Doug also traded resource stocks on the Proprietary Trading Desk at a major NYSE member firm. Doug's primary role at Strategic Energy Research and Capital will be to provide quality execution services as well as continuing to identify opportunities in the Energy and Natural Resource sectors.
